A biologist by training, but an artist at heart.

My story is a familiar one: as a child, I drew without end, yet life slowly stole the habit. During the pandemic, I decided to give it another try. I started with watercolor, thinking it would be easy…how mistaken I was. But since then, I haven’t been able to stop.

Now, my fingers itch to sketch and paint everyday. I’m always exploring and learning about drawing and watercolor, and I carry a quiet urgency to reclaim the “lost time” of my childhood creativity.

This is one of my first painting and my favourite. Looking at it reminds me to always look forward.
